Job Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager to support our Project Management Office (PMO) and Data Analytics functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving project governance, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making across strategic initiatives.

Accountabilities & Activities

1. Business & Financial

• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within budget and scope.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making.
• Support cost optimization through data-driven insights and process improvements.

2. People Excellence

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Support knowledge sharing and promote best practices in project and data management.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

3. Others

• Lead end-to-end project management for Uptime Solutions and ITMS initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Support the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, dashboards, and stakeholder reports.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Implement and uphold PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices across all projects.
• Deliver actionable insights using data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Assist in resource planning, budgeting, and tracking performance metrics to ensure project efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, IT governance standards, and external regulations.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Familiarity with data modeling and statistical analysis.
