1)Business & Processes

• Champion process re-engineering and automation through enterprise applications (e.g., ERP - ECC, CRM, DBM, SCM, HCM).
• Ensure delivery of SAP projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across SAP implementations.

• Ensure seamless integration of systems across business functions to drive operational excellence.

  2)Technical

• Lead the end-to-end creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for new plant and features in SAP, ensuring alignment with business operations, compliance standards, and supply chain integration. Stay updated on SAP roadmap and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document functional and non-functional requirements for SAP feature enhancements, driving scalable and user-centric solution design.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by translating complex business needs into actionable SAP configurations and development tasks, ensuring timely delivery and system integrity
• Oversee solution architecture and ensure adherence to SAP best practices. Lead S/4HANA migration initiatives and guide technical teams on complex scenarios.    

      3)People Excellence

• Mentor and develop SAP consultants, fostering continuous learning and growth. Build and manage high-performing teams with clear roles and responsibilities. 
• Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across the SAP practice. Ensure effective stakeholder communication and maintain strong client relationships.
• Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional digital and applications team (internal and outsourced).

• Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement within the technology function.
